Henry Ballard, former Chief Financial Officer for Mid-State Automotive Distributors, Inc., joined W.E. Shaw & Associates after having successfully been involved in taking Mid-State Automotive public on the NASDAQ Exchange.

 

During his tenure with Mid-State Automotive, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of workers’ compensation and all employee benefit programs, including the self funded medical program, life, disability and 401(k).  He provides expertise in the area of compensation and benefit plans and risk management, with the full understanding of the corporate client’s perspective.
