Mike Fussell began his insurance career in 1966 after earning his B.S. degree from the University of Chattanooga.  He joined W.E. Shaw & Associates after a 30-year career with Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company where he held several home office and field positions including manager of their Nashville Branch Office.

 

Mike earned his CLU designation in 1972 and ChFC in 1983.  Throughout his career he has been active in both industry and community service organizations.  He served as President of the Nashville Association of Life Underwriters in 1988, President of the Nashville Chapter of CLU/ChFC in 1989, President of the Nashville Breakfast Exchange Club in 1992, President of the Nashville Area Athletic Club in 1994 and he is currently a member of the Hendersonville Industrial Development Board.
